The final was between Anne Marie Reading
(Woodcote Park) and Jo Branch (The Drift)
A very close match, with Anne-Marie giving
7 shots. Anne Marie won on the 18th hole

Once again very close matches Royal Wimbledon
had won 2 matches and Foxhills 1 match
Foxhills were 1 up playing the 17th and Royal
Wimbledon were 1 up playing the 18th hole

Royal Wimbledon won the match on 18th hole
Foxhills won their last match at the 17th giving
but Royal Wimbledon still had a 3/2 victory.

SURREY END OF SEASON GET TOGETHER
2007
On Sunday 30th September Hankley Common
Golf Club very kindly let us have the use of their
course

We had 24 players, 6-1st team, 6-2 nd Team
6 Junior Team and Committee members
We had 6 teams made up of each category and
played in four balls with all the scores at the
Par 3's counting, 3 scores at stroke index 1,2&3

and 2 scores on the rest of the par 4's & 5's
I was asked if it was necessary to have a MENSA
qualification to do the scoring!!!
We all had great fun and it ended in two teams
Ali's and Lisa's with equal scores. On count back

Lisa's team won. Well done County Champion &
County Captain!. Rosemary brought along our
lovely new golf bags which are sponsored by
Cee Tee and we had photographs taken by our
wonderful Libby Hagdrup, who is always there with

her camera. Thank you Libby. Everyone seems
keen to start winter training, so all being well we
are going to set it up at Hoebridge very shortly
I think the enthusiasm is wonderful so keep it up
girls and here's to County Champions next year

Clandon Regis Golf Club

After a dry and sunny morning and a wet and
and windy afternoon. Woking were the 2007
winners of the Druce Trophy with a score of 62.00
Bramley and Hoebridge were joint runners up
with a score of 66.25
